Sarah received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She has experience in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, and acute care (surgical intensive care and oncology). Her treatment includes a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise and patient education to help patients achieve their functional goals. Sarah is certified in the Burdenko Method and integrates this method into her treatment to maximize results with a combination of aquatic and land based therapy. She is passionate about providing individualized care and helping patients get back to doing the things they love. As an athlete, she understands the need to recover from injury quickly in order to be healthy for an upcoming event. In her free time, she enjoys playing hockey, running (she has run multiple marathons- including the Boston Marathon), hiking with her dog, weight lifting and reading.
