Services
We offer physical therapy services as an out-of-network fee-for-service clinic. This means we do not take insurance. You may be eligible for reimbursement by your insurance company by submitting your receipt for the services rendered at Resilient Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC. Please contact your insurance provider prior to scheduling to learn about your out-of-network physical therapy benefits if you wish to use them.
Resilient Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC has chosen to be a fee-for-service clinic due to the increasing demands of insurance constraints- this has led many clinics to see multiple patients an hour and utilize aides, assistants and other support staff throughout your treatment. Here at Resilient Physical Therapy and Wellness, your session will be one-on-one with the same therapist for one hour - every time. We value your time and want to help you get better faster.
PT Initial Evaluation
$165
At your initial evaluation, we will sit down and discuss your condition in depth. We will then perform a thorough exam, discuss the findings and come up with a plan of care to help you reach your goals. This session also includes treatment and the development of a home exercise program.
PT Follow Up Visit
$115
Follow up visits are 60 minutes and one-on-one with our therapist. We will discuss any changes in your progress, update your home exercise program and perform hands on treatment to keep you on track towards your goals.
Aquatic Therapy
Due to COVID-19, we are not offering aquatic therapy at this time. We can however provide you with a home program to perform on your own if you have access to a pool. Email us via our contact page for more information.
Injury Screens & Wellness Visits
